159 lat temu, 17 stycznia 1866 roku urodził się Karel Traxler, czeski szachista i kompozytor zadań szachowych. Najbardziej znany jest z bardzo agresywnego wariantu w obronie dwóch skoczków zwanego dziś Kontratakiem Traxlera.
